The Berlinovo Döpkeweg project in Berlin-Neukölln is implementing an innovative residential concept for older people. AFBA is supporting the project with a focus on healthy construction, indoor climate, and material quality to enable independent and comfortable living in old age.
Berlinovo Döpkeweg – Barrier-free living with community
The project comprises a seven-story residential building with a total of 147 barrier-free one- and two-room apartments. The offering is complemented by communal areas, a residential café, commercial space on the ground floor, and an underground parking garage. The energy-efficient construction in accordance with the KfW-55-EE standard and sustainable materials ensure a healthy living environment.
