GoWest Berlin
commercial courtyard district Schmargendorf
GoWest, Berlin's largest commercial courtyard district, is being built on the former Reemtsma site – a sustainable future location for work, production, and urban culture.
AFBA supports GoWest – a business district with healthy aspirations
GoWest stands for the transformation of a historic industrial site into a modern, healthy, and sustainable commercial district. AFBA is supporting the project with a focus on allergy-friendly construction, indoor climate, and material health—for a working environment that puts people first.
GoWest – Diversity, allergy-friendly and urban quality
A vibrant neighborhood with 13 buildings is being created on 7.4 hectares, offering space for offices, crafts, production, gastronomy, culture, and more. The concept combines historic commercial courtyard architecture with modern requirements for flexibility and sustainability. A central neighborhood square with a theater, cinema, and restaurants forms the heart of the area.
