Two modern buildings with a total area of around 22,000 square meters have been constructed on the approximately 40,000 square meter site on Robert-Bosch-Straße in Langenselbold for production, storage, service, and office space. The business park stands for modern, environmentally friendly construction and forward-looking workspaces.
HubOne – Forward-thinking project developers for over 30 years
HubOne has been certified with DGNB Gold – an award from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) that stands for high-quality, resource-efficient, and sustainable construction. In addition, the project has been awarded the AFBA seal for allergy-friendly and healthy construction, which confirms the medically tested quality of the interior spaces and places a special focus on indoor air quality, materials, and user well-being.
Even before completion, the space has already been fully leased to three well-known US companies in the high-tech sector.
