HubOne – Forward-thinking project developers for over 30 years

HubOne has been certified with DGNB Gold – an award from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) that stands for high-quality, resource-efficient, and sustainable construction. In addition, the project has been awarded the AFBA seal for allergy-friendly and healthy construction, which confirms the medically tested quality of the interior spaces and places a special focus on indoor air quality, materials, and user well-being. Even before completion, the space has already been fully leased to three well-known US companies in the high-tech sector.
