The challenge
A project developer was confronted with numerous requirements relating to user well-being, sustainability and value retention - but the previous certificates were not enough. AFBA was called in.
Our solution
We supported the project from the outset, made health risks visible and eliminated them in a targeted manner. Our audit and certification not only created trust among investors - but also clear added value for future users.
Result
Around 6000 people live in the district, all of whom benefit equally from the improvement in quality. The air is no longer overloaded with pollen, which makes it more pleasant to spend more time outdoors. In addition, the increased quality of stay leads to a livelier use of public space, which strengthens social interaction and makes the district more functional and attractive overall. The working environment has also been significantly improved by minimizing indoor pollution - this increases productivity and reduces sickness-related absences.modern property buyers are placing increasing value on health aspects - a healthy environment is therefore becoming a decisive quality feature.
